Harbour Reach is a luxury five-bedroom house perched proudly on the brow overlooking Whitecliff Harbourside Park. Situated on the edge of the picturesque Parkstone Bay and within easy reach of the prestigious Sandbanks Beach, the house is perfect for coastal breaks, with fabulous family attractions. The property boasts luxurious accommodation arranged over three floors and is finished to an extremely high quality throughout. On the ground floor there is a generous open-plan kitchen-dining-living room, which backs onto the outdoor patio and enclosed garden through convenient bi-fold doors. The outdoor kitchen, awning, and wall-mounted heaters makes it perfectly suited for entertaining and alfresco dining. The garden benefits from a Swim Spa, views overlooking the harbour and a wooden cabin providing games and a playroom. Inside there is dining table for 10 and a breakfast bar for 3. Adjoining the kitchen is a utility and laundry room with additional Fridge/Freezer space, perfect for larger groups. There is also a separate snug-style room on the ground floor with additional TV - perfect for the family to chill together and enjoy some quieter time. There is a downstairs cloakroom to stow away everyone’s belongings, with a separate downstairs WC. There is space for 2 cars on the driveway, with off-road parking available kerbside. There are two Super-king size bedrooms, each with designer en-suite shower rooms; two double bedrooms with a shared en-suite Jack and Jill bathroom, and a further bedroom with en-suite shower room in the Garden Room annexe. The residence is an adaptable space, capable of accommodating large family groups, hosting up to 10 adults with additional 4 children upon request. I will require a valid identification from the guests before check in and key code will be provided a day before the stay. I am not based in UK but I have a property administrator that can be a contact point for the guests. Whitecliff, is a small area of Parkstone in Poole, Dorset. Whitecliff is also home to several local football teams ranging from youth to amateur football. The park borders on Baiter Park to the west. Poole Quay and its town centre is within walking distance, just 30 minutes from the property, as is the trendy lower Ashley Cross Green, just 15 minutes; ideal for those who enjoy an active social life, good food and vibrant night life. Bournemouth is within easy reach, an approximate 15-minute drive or pleasant cycle along the promenade from Sandbanks Shore Road to Bournemouth Pier Approach and the New Forest National Park is a short drive or train ride away.
